"Mr Rent has taken all the worry out of letting our flat. We love Cyprus and have invested in this golden island to hopefully retire to Paphos one day. Susan has taken over the management and rental side of our flat and has always gone the extra mile to give us peace of mind and reassurance. She has placed a wonderful long term tenant in our flat and takes care in treating our own flat like her own home. I would recommend Mr Rent to anyone."

Nicky Brighton

Owner

"We have been using the services of Mr Rent for over a year for the letting our villa in Kamares Village and we have been very pleased with their service. Mr Rent quickly found us a reliable tenant. We receive monthly statements of rents collected, prompt bank deposits as well as regular inspection reports. The lady who deals with our rental (Susan) is most helpful and conscientious and she clearly has our interests at heart. We have no hesitation in recommending Mr Rent."

"Dear Mr Rent… We would just like to thank you for the excellent service provided. Unlike your competitors you excelled yourselves by listening; you listened carefully to our requirements and didn't waste our time showing us unsuitable properties. Your advice and assistance on dealing with the utility companies etc made our arrival in Cyprus so much easier. You went one step beyond and this was very much appreciated."

"I have used the services of Thaki in the past to rent my property in Cyprus and I would certainly use him again in the future. He is very professional and ensures that if there are any problems, either with the tenant or the property, they are dealt with immediately. He will not only work hard to obtain the maximum amount of rent achievable for the property, he will try ensure that payment is made on time and always forward receipts by e-mail. I would definitely recommend Thaki to anyone who is considering renting their property."
